What the app does

Old Phone Cam turns a phone into a camera that can be watched on your local network. The stream stays on your network; we do not host, relay or store video as a service.

Your responsibility

This is a surveillance tool. Where you point the camera and who you record is on you. Recording other people without their consent may be illegal where you are. You agree not to use the app unlawfully.

Subscriptions

• Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play, and they take the payment.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can turn renewal off at any time in your store account settings.
• The annual plan starts with 7 days free. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
• Lifetime is a one time purchase, not a subscription.
• Refunds follow the store’s own rules.

When a trial ends

Premium features switch off, but your recordings are not deleted. The clips on your phone are yours and they stay there.

Warranty and limits

The app is provided as it is. We cannot be held responsible for an event a security camera missed, a stream that stopped or a clip that was not recorded. Do not rely on it alone for anything critical.

Changes

If these terms change the date is updated, and a material change is announced in the app.
